Kurrawa Park and Beach

Adjacent to Talisman Apartments is a large, grassed ocean-front park which boasts well-maintained barbecue areas and gazebos, children’s playgrounds and local craft markets. Families can relax on the pristine patrolled beaches or enjoy the extensive bike and walk paths featuring fitness activity stations.

The Broadbeach Art & Craft Market is also held on the first and third Sunday of the month in Kurrawa Park which is a great place to see all the local wares and produce.

Broadbeach Shopping

Shop till you drop at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping centres in the southern hemisphere. The cinemas and large department stores will keep the whole family busy! If you prefer something a little less overwhelming, you will enjoy the Oasis Shopping Centre. The Oasis Centre, a short stroll from Talisman, is where you can relax in the traffic-free mall, have the kids ride on the 100 year old merry go round, savour mouth watering cakes and coffees and watch the world go by. A Woolworths supermarket and many specialty stores cater for the needs of most visitors.

Enjoy international cuisine in the vibrant cosmopolitan atmosphere of the Broadbeach dining district, either dining indoors or al fresco under the stars. Complete the evening by using the monorail to travel between the Oasis Centre and Jupiter’s Casino.

Party goers can enjoy the many restaurants and night clubs of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise as well as try their luck at Queensland ’s premiere entertainment venue, Jupiter’s Casino. Dracula’s Theatre Restaurant is also a popular and unique dining experience. All are within walking distance of Talisman Apartments.
