October 14th, 2011THE Gold Coast’s annual motor racing carnival will be held from October 21-23 in 2011, showcasing the excitement and adrenalin of Australia’s V8 Supercars with an injection of overseas talent .
The headline acts at this years Armor All Gold Coast 600 include ARIA Award winning Sydney hip hop sensation Bliss N Eso with two nights of entertainment at the October event.
The trio join huge names Drapht, The Potbelleez, Bag Raiders, Tonite Only and Illy in the Friday night component of the 600 Sounds Festival at Broadwater Parklands.
Legendary rock acts the Hoodoo Gurus, Eskimo Joe and Masters Apprentices will blast out some homegrown hits at the Saturday night concert before famous Scottish band Simple Minds close the show.

FOYER RENOVATIONS COMPLETED IN JULY 2011
July 12th, 2011During June the reception foyer had a total makeover. The foyer was retiled, painted and LED lighting installed. We also have new glass balastrading and frameless entry doors. This has resulted in a very modern and open reception area. With all the apartment floor foyers having been already renovated, the building is now looking very smart.
AUSTRALIAN SURF LIFE SAVING TITLES (5 – 10TH APRIL)
March 17th, 2011The DHL 2011 Australian Surf Life Saving Championships will bring together surf life saving clubs and members from across the country. Athletes of all ages will converge on Queensland’s iconic Kurrawa Beach to contest over 300 exhilarating surf lifesaving events, in what will be an action-packed week of competition.
The ‘Aussies’, as it is more commonly known, is the largest sporting event of its type in the world, with entries open to all Surf Life Saving members. It is a celebration of the Surf Life Saving movement; a chance for surf lifesavers from around Australia to display their talents.

December 20th, 2010THE Magic Millions horse race carnival in early January each year is now recognised as Australia’s second biggest thoroughbred event behind the Melbourne Cup. The 2011 carnival will be held from January 12-21.
